SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text message program operated by Cornerstone Savings Group ("Cornerstone", "we", "us") through the Cornerstone CRM platform. By providing your mobile phone number to Cornerstone or opting into SMS from a Cornerstone program, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Cornerstone uses SMS to support ongoing business relationships, coordinate with referral partners and clients, and deliver program-specific updates initiated by authorized Cornerstone users.
2. Types of Messages
- Conversational — replies and follow-ups from Cornerstone team members during an active conversation.
- Transactional — appointment confirmations, document reminders, status updates, and other messages related to a specific engagement or opportunity.
- Informational — program-related updates for partners or clients who have opted in.
3. Consent
By providing your mobile number to Cornerstone in connection with a program, or by texting Cornerstone first, you consent to receive SMS messages from Cornerstone about that program at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity, the programs you have opted into, and the communications sent by our team. You should not expect a fixed number of messages per day, week, or month.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Cornerstone does not charge for the messages themselves, but standard rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received.
6. STOP — Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS from that program unless you opt back in. If you want to receive messages again, reply START or contact us using the details in Section 10.
7. HELP — Assistance
For help at any time, reply HELP to any SMS message. You will receive a message with instructions on how to contact us. You may also reach us at the address in Section 10.
8. Carriers
Supported carriers include the major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
Mobile numbers are never sold. SMS consent is never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle information collected through the Services.
